Coaching & Workshops
Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.
I used to stick to a strict athletic training routine, but it ended up causing more harm than good. Following advice that didn't really fit me, I ended up hurting myself. The programs I followed just brought more problems. Then, I realized I needed to take charge of my own healing.
Now, I want to share what I've learned a more flexible, personalized approach to feeling and moving better. It's about finding hope and calmness in strength, step by step.
Let's journey together towards a healthier, happier you.
I specialize in creating dynamic training programs that enhance strength, mobility, and overall mood, using minimal equipment.
Together, we'll uncover what resonates with you and set goals that are both compelling and achievable, fueling your curiosity for continuous progress.
Whether it's one-on-one or in a small group, sessions can be conducted online or in person, with some sessions held outdoors for added variety.
I offer a structured foundation where we collaborate to create a customized plan. This plan not only guides our sessions together but also empowers you with exercises and techniques to practice independently, fostering your growth and self-sufficiency as a practitioner
For the past three years, I've been hosting and leading an online movement class every Monday at 7:30 am.
It serves as a refreshing start to the week, encouraging participants to pause, reflect, and then embark on the journey of a new week together.
Following each session, participants receive a link to the video, allowing them to revisit and engage with the session at their own pace throughout the week.
I'm currently teaching in three different spaces in East London. If you want to come and train with me, my schedule is as it follows:
My workshops cater to teams of all sizes, offering tailored exercises and scenarios that illuminate the dynamics of your team. Through carefully designed movement-based activities, I challenge participants to think and move in innovative ways, preparing them for the unexpected.
These sessions are not just about physical movement but also about fostering adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
I’m aiming to explore & reduce uncertainty as a crazy artist.
After almost 40 years of practice I arrive at a point where my focus is the longevity of the practice. Longevity is not only understood as training and moving for 50 years more, also understanding that your practice must bring you joy and help you in your daily life and that’s what I’m interested to share:
Strength and Joy to Last.
About my practice, if we talk in years:
15 years Rowing
12 years Judo
8 years Parkour
7 years Fighting Monkey
3 years B-boying
And for sure BJJ, bouldering, dancing... And many other ways to enjoy movement.
